General information website is administered by PUH Chemirol Sp. z o.o. – Toruńskie Wódki Gatunkowe, a company with the registered office at the following address: ul. Jana Olbrachta 14/16, 87-100 Toruń, Poland. This Internet Service gathers information on its Users and their browsing patterns by means of: data provided voluntarily by them upon completion of forms; cookie files (the so-called ‘cookies’) saved on User’s terminal device; server log collection of the web hosting provider.

Form content

We gather information provided voluntarily by a User. Moreover, we can also collect information on User’s connection parameters (time, IP address).
We do not make the data coming from the forms available to third parties, unless we have User’s permission.
We process the form content in order to achieve the aim of each particular form, e.g. in order to handle registration claims or requests for contact.
We may transfer the data provided in forms to entities which are technically responsible for some of our services, in particular it applies to information about the owner of a domain to be registered which is transferred to: web domain administrators (predominantly to the Research and Academic Computer Network, Polish: Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa j.b.r – NASK), payment handling services or other relevant parties in cooperation with this Service Administrator.

Information on cookie files

We use cookie files.
Cookie files (the so-called ‘cookies’) are information files, particularly text files, stored on Service User’s terminal device and are designed to enable the use of the Service websites. Cookies usually include the name of the website they come from, information on the period of their storage on a terminal device and a unique number.
Cookies are placed on User’s terminal device and are accessed by the Service Administrator.
Cookies are used for: statistical purposes to find out how Service Users browse websites, which facilitates improving their structure and content; maintaining Service User session (upon logging) so that a User does not have to enter one’s login and password on every microsite of the Service; definition of User profile so that suitable advertising material, particularly that of Google’s, may appear on User’s screen.
We use two basic kinds of cookie files: session cookies and persistent cookies. The former are temporary files stored on User’s terminal device until a User logs out, leaves a website or closes software (web browser). The latter are stored on User’s terminal device as long as it is defined in a particular cookie file parameter or until they are deleted by a User.
The software for browsing websites (web browser) usually allows the storage of cookies on User’s terminal device by default. Service Users may change these settings. A web browser has an option to delete cookies. Automatic blocking of cookie files is also possible. The cookies placed on Service User’s terminal device can also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Administrator.

Cookie files may be used by advertising networks, particularly by Google, to display advertisements adjusted to Service User’s behaviour patterns when visiting the Service. For these purposes they can store the information on User’s navigation route or length of a visit on a website.

Server logs

Information on some of User’s browsing patters are subject to logging on the server. These data are used only for service administering and for ensuring that hosting services are rendered as efficiently as possible. The content viewed is identified by URL addresses. Moreover, several other kinds of information may also be recorded: query time, response time, client’s name – identified by the HTTP, errors occurring in a HTTP transaction, URL address of a website previously visited by a User (referrer link) – if a User enters the Service through a link, User’s web browser information, IP address.
The above-mentioned data are not associated with a particular browser.
The above-mentioned data are used exclusively for the purposes of server administration.

Access to data

Third parties gain access to the data gathered by us only within legally acceptable limits.
We make the data which may be used to identify a person accessible only upon that person’s permission.
The Service Administrator may be obliged to share the information collected through the Service with authorised bodies on their legitimate demand and within the scope of the demand.
Cookie file management – how to give and withdraw one’s agreement in practice?
If a User does not wish to receive cookie files, User’s web browser settings must be changed. Please, make note that deactivation of the cookie files which are inevitable for the verification, security-provision and User’s preference maintenance procedures may obstruct or even disable the use of some websites.
